Arcadis is looking for an Architectural Designer to join our team in Boca Raton for work on industrial projects.

Role Accountabilities:

• Contributes to the development of light industrial distribution buildings architectural designs by preparing models and working drawings following company standards using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinates architectural design with civil structural MEP fire protection and physical security disciplines
• Prepares design development presentations and construction working drawing packages
• Prepares submission packages under the direction of the architect or job captain/project leader to meet project timelines
• Produces drawings and details in compliance with codes and standards
• Assist with contract administration tasks such as shop drawing reviews and response to RFIs
• Manages workload and budget required for the completion of assigned tasks
• Liaises closely with Architect Job Captain and other designers
• Work on multiple projects at the same time 

Qualifications :

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 years experience in architectural field designing complex projects with a preference toward industrial experience
• Registration with NCARB and AIA membership is an asset.
• Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD are mandatory
• Great detailing knowledge and skills
• Experienced with MS Office MS Sharepoint Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam
• Must have good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
