Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)

Salary Range: Up to $130,000 (for the right candidate)

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team.

Job Description: The Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent will oversee multi-family renovation projects in various locations across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing renovations, with a focus on occupied properties to ensure projects run smoothly while maintaining a positive living environment for residents.

Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of multi-family renovation projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
* Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and on-site staff to ensure work is completed to high standards.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
* Communicate regularly with property management, owners, and project managers to provide progress updates.
* Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on residents.
* Travel to project sites as required, staying on-site to manage day-to-day operations.

Traveling Superintendent Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on multi-family renovations .
* Experience working with occupied properties is preferred.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in diverse locations.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
* Ability to travel frequently and stay on-site as needed.
