**Hiring Now: Civil Designer II** $40/hour with full benefits

Are you a Civil Designer with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ready to work on essential infrastructure projects? We’re looking for someone who can bring 3D modeling expertise, attention to detail, and technical skills to our team, supporting operations across Engineering & Construction and Maintenance. This role is integral to the accuracy, compliance, and quality of our facility data management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting Engineering and Operations with Facility Data Management Programs
• Creating and maintaining detailed 3D models, site plans, foundation plans, rebar schedules, and other crucial project drawings
• Providing technical support on complex engineering projects
• Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplined team to deliver precise, updated designs from conception to as-built state
• Communicating with internal and external partners to align project requirements and ensure satisfaction
  
  

Key Skills

• **3D Modeling & Survey Data Points:** Proficiency in 3D modeling and handling survey data for accurate design integration
• **AutoCAD Civil 3D:** Advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with knowledge of drawing units (architectural feet & inches, decimal feet)
• **Industry Standards Knowledge:** Familiarity with industry codes like ASME, API, ANSI, NEC, and more
• **Communication & Collaboration:** Strong email communication and organizational skills with electronic meeting requests
  
  

Qualifications

• **Education/Experience:** Associate of Applied Science degree in Design and Drafting Technology or equivalent work experience
• **Drafting Background:** 3-5 years in drafting, with at least 5 years in gas and oil industry design
• **Concrete & Steel Expertise:** A solid understanding of concrete and steel foundations is a plus
