Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and provide technical oversight for large-scale commercial electrical projects . This role involves managing change-outs, retrofits, and installations of complex electrical and control systems for projects ranging from $100K to $3M . The Superintendent will oversee 10-15 electricians , ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise & coordinate work for a team of 10-15 electricians, apprentices, and helpers
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for electrical installations
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a safety-first culture
• Train & mentor team members on best practices and injury prevention
• Collaborate with the Electrical Project Manager to assess labor, materials, and work progress
• Ensure project completion aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience as a Lead Electrician, Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical and control systems
• 7+ years of experience in commercial electrical work (preferred)
• Journeyman or Master’s Electrical License (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen and background check
