Blue Print Out is seeking an organized and energetic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and has a passion for event planning. The Events Assistant will support the Events Coordinator and assist in the planning and execution of various events to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and executing events from concept to completion.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Source and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
• Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and checklists.
• Support on-site event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing contracts and maintaining records.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and positive client experiences.
