Job Description

:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to help coordinate and manage events from start to finish. As an Events Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, organization, and execution of various events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, both virtual and in-person.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure all event details are organized and on track.
Help manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and catering.
Prepare event materials and support with event set-up and breakdown.
Monitor event timelines and ensure events are completed on time and within budget.
Handle on-site tasks such as managing guest lists, registration, and coordination of event activities.
Assist with post-event follow-up and ensure all feedback is gathered.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous event coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
