Property Soar is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in planning, organizing, and executing events that enhance our brand presence and engage with our clients and partners. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, including open houses, client meetings, and promotional gatherings.
  • Work closely with the Events Manager to ensure all aspects of event logistics are executed seamlessly.
  • Manage vendor communications and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Oversee event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event breakdown.
  • Maintain detailed records of event activities, budgets, and attendee feedback.
  • Provide exceptional support to team members and attendees to ensure a positive experience.
