As a Logistics Coordinator at Spartan Logistics, you'll be at the heart of our Kansas City, MO operation, ensuring seamless coordination of shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities. This is not a call center role! Your responsibilities include processing shipments, managing warehouse inventory, building strong customer relationships, and assisting in the warehouse as needed. Working in a 24/7 operation, your schedule will be Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM , with occasional weekends as required. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, based on experience, with an opportunity for an increase to $20.00/hour after 90 days of employment. Qualifications:

  • High school education or GED
  • Proven customer support experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.,).
  • Strong organizational skills.
