RETAIL DETAIL MERCHANDISING (RDM) provides merchandising services to the Food, Drug and Mass Classes of Trade. RDM is recruiting a full-time Personnel Coordinator with the opportunity for career advancement.

REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:

• Live in the Sanford, Altamonte, Deltona, Longwood, Oviedo, Winter Springs area.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, experienced team player.
• Must have previous administrative experience or a recent college graduate.
• Must have extremely good phone skills and be willing to interview over the phone
• Must have excellent skills in MS Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word

Candidate will be tested during the interview on these applications.

• Must be a nonsmoker

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment of part-time retail reps
• Interview prospective RDM retail reps
• Complete new hire paperwork for all hired associates
• Clerical duties & data input
• Construct Excel activity reports
• Various administrative duties
• 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
