Job Description

General Summary:

The San Diego DMPK team is seeking an energetic, results-oriented Principal Research Associate contractor. The ideal candidate should have a passion for learning, strong communication and organizational skills, and a sense of creativity in problem-solving. This individual will be a member of the global DMPK Operations team and work with colleagues globally in managing and organizing department reports, as well as writing, editing and QC’ing reports and documents for regulatory filing.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent degree in a biological science.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a laboratory setting preferred. Knowledge of basic DMPK laboratory techniques is a plus.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • A proven track record of collaborative work practices and strong oral and written communication skills, a familiarity with various types of data acquisition and protocol management software, as well as Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information

Position is  Full Time, Monday – Friday First Shift with overtime as business needs require. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of San Diego , CA  are encouraged to apply.
