Scrum Master Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Scrum Master to join our team. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the dynamic field of technology, focusing on project management and Oracle Cloud. As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of projects and the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions. Your expertise in project management and Oracle Cloud will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of projects and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework
• Guiding and coaching the team on Agile and Scrum practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
• Identifying and efficiently mitigating potential risks associated with the project
• Ensuring the efficient allocation and use of resources throughout the project’s lifecycle
• Implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery
• Presenting regular progress updates to key stakeholders
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
• Continuously identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry
• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading teams
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and its applications for project execution
• Proficiency in Agile principles and Scrum methodologies, pivotal for effective project management
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and SDK development in a cloud environment
• Hands-on experience in building and operating high-traffic web applications and services
• Development experience in Java, C++, C#, .NET, and optionally Javascript/Typescript as well as scripting languages
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, facilitating effective collaborations and relationship building
