Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Web Development manager (ITM I), the SharePoint Engineer serves as a specialist on complex Information Technology (IT) systems and performs a variety of advance level tasks in connection with the analysis, development, implementation and support of IT services and systems. This role is integral to the 2nd and 3rd level support teams and is responsible for delivering high-level technical assistance, resolving complex system issues, and managing escalated service tickets. Key responsibilities include developing, supporting and enhancing the collaborative capabilities of SharePoint, overseeing the development and optimization of Microsoft 365 Forms and Automation applications, managing secure electronic document workflows through DocuSign, and ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes within Tempo.

This position requires extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), AWS/Azure, WordPress, HTML/JavaScript, Abode, and collaborative technologies including GitHub, Jira, Asana, Service Now, Teams.

Special Requirements

Persons appointed to this position must be reasonably expected to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move object up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Desirable Qualifications

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint certifications.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services.
• Experience in application development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and JavaScript.
• Experience with various platforms, tools, and programming languages (SharePoint, Power platform, M365, HTML, .NET Framework, C#, XML, JSON, DevOps, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js, React.js, JSON, and Web UI frameworks).
• A strong understanding of how modern web services and cloud infrastructure are built (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.).
