Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated candidate with 2+ years of experience in a related field, and also familiar with store employee training. The position will play a key role in training plan development, training course organization and implementation, and operations of talent reserve and training, as well as allocation and coordination of training resources. This full-time position will report to the Operations Excellence Manager of the U.S. Business Division. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding international team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
