The Department of State Hospitals - Napa is accepting applications for a full-time, permanent, Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA), for the position of Safety Coordinator. This position is responsible for developing and implementing safety related policies and procedures, creating, and providing safety related training, conducting facility-wide safety and security inspections, and managing the hospital’s Wellness Program and Hazardous Materials Program. Attention to detail and advanced computer skills are highly desired

• You are required to pass the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) examination, located below on the CalCareers web site or have current/previous transfer eligibility into the classification.

• Complete the STD 678 EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION in its entirety. Include d uties performed, supervisor’s name and employment contact information on the STD 678.  Incomplete applications will be screened out.

• Resumes will not be accepted in lieu of information required on the STD 678 to meet the minimum qualifications.

• Foreign transcripts must be evaluated and submitted with your application, 

• Education required to meet the minimum qualifications will require proof of degree and/or transcript submitted with application STD 678.
