Job Description
We're looking for a creative and strategic Social & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll take the lead on social media strategies, influencer marketing, and community management, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You'll work closely with the creative team to bring exciting campaigns to life and ensure our brand stays ahead of the latest social media trends.
As a key part of the marketing team, you will develop and execute social-first campaigns, manage influencer relationships, and report on the success of your initiatives. You should have a strong creative mindset, excellent multitasking abilities, and be comfortable presenting ideas to internal teams and external partners. This position requires prior experience in social media and influencer marketing and the ability to manage projects independently.
Responsibilities:
Keep the marketing team informed of social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms.
Drive growth on all social channels through tailored strategies, content creation, partnerships, and influencer campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute social-first video content.
Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, creating unique campaigns to support various initiatives.
Showcase behind-the-scenes moments, such as events and center activities, to engage audiences.
Support go-to-market planning and brand partnerships by driving the social media components of each campaign.
Bring media coverage to life on social channels, whether earned or paid.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track results to measure success.
Manage community interactions and ensure timely responses on all social platforms.
Oversee the day-to-day execution of social media activities.
Handle additional duties as needed to support the marketing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in social media strategy and community management, preferably within healthcare or wellness.
Expertise in social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Proficient in social listening tools and social media ROI measurement.
Experience with brand partnerships and experiential marketing is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to negotiate effectively.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced, growing team.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and not afraid to dive into the details.

Competitive salary aligned with experience: $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
