**This position is required to work peak period operations**
Roles:
--Recruiting:
Advertising for hiring needs and conducting open interviews if necessary.
Performing all first level interviews and scheduling second interviews if needed.
--Staffing:
Keep updated on staffing numbers and what team members are needed.
Communicate with recruiting coordinator on scheduling of first level interviews. Also, be sure to communicate with person performing second interview.
Upon hiring, provide offer letter, and begin the onboarding process.
Onboarding includes the completion of paperwork, added to the HR system, and valid info added to HotSchedules.

Completion of all paperwork. (Employee demographic, i9, w4, offer letter, application, first page of handbook, job description, & direct deposit)
Adding team member into HR/Payroll.

Celebrating team member birthdays and milestones.
To be scheduled at least one month ahead of time
Collaborate with leadership team on team member of the month and schedule celebrations.
To be scheduled at least one month ahead of time
--Team Members
Keep team member pictures updated on @CFA Now App.
Keep team member addresses, phone numbers and emergency contacts updated in HR/Payroll.
Employee mediation: make contact information available so team can contact you about personal or store related issues.
New Hire Board maintained and updated weekly.
--Meet with all team members once a month as a “check in” gauging their happiness with their job, how we can help, etc.
To be scheduled the week prior and the schedule sent to CPO.
